Robinhood import guide

Import Robinhood trades into your journal

Robinhood provides account statements and a transaction export. Pull your trade history and import it into TradeJournal.dev to get the analytics the Robinhood app does not offer.

  1. 1

    Request your account data

In the Robinhood app, go to Account → Menu → Reports and Statements, and generate/download your account statements or transaction CSV.

  2. 2

    Get a CSV of trades

Use the transaction/activity export that includes executed buys and sells with date, quantity, and price.

  3. 3

    Upload to TradeJournal.dev

Sign in (free), go to Import, and map the columns if prompted. The importer runs FIFO position-matching.

Robinhood's native export is less structured than dedicated brokers; the generic CSV column-mapper handles it. As of 2026.
